The Assa Abloy Entre is a security lock for exterior doors with a patented cylinder and a hook bolt. Its smart dual-function design combines burglary protection with ease of use.

When at home, the door can be easily opened and locked using the thumb turn. When leaving, a button on the faceplate must be pressed down, which disables the thumb turn and prevents the door from being opened from the inside using it. Upon returning home and unlocking the door with a key, the button on the faceplate moves back up, and the thumb turn becomes functional again.

This system prevents the door from being opened from the inside, meaning that if a thief enters through a window, they cannot open the door without a key and leave with your belongings. At the same time, for your safety in case of fire or another emergency, it is still easy to exit the house by using the thumb turn.
